Partner Program
開發中
The PRO//connect Partner Program is how manufacturers and integrators make equipment visible in the same operating picture firefighters and technicians already use.
This page is for people who build or integrate equipment. If you operate equipment, start at PRO//connect, the app, or Gateway.
Why a partner program exists
Connected equipment is more useful when it can be understood together — on the apparatus, and later in COMMAND//hub. A partner program keeps that work on a common path instead of a one-off connection per brand.
Firefighters should not have to learn a different interface for every manufacturer.

雲端是 PRO//connect。指揮是 COMMAND//hub。設備可獨立繼續運作。雲端向指揮提供資訊。它不會接管現場設備。
Two connection paths
| Path | Typical use | Primary link |
|---|---|---|
| PRO//connect app (BLE) | Portable and handheld equipment. A technician or operator works one unit at a time. | App support |
| PRO//connect Gateway | Vehicle-mounted equipment. Several units on one apparatus share a local connection. | Gateway |
Which path applies depends on how the equipment is used, not on marketing category.
Local-first
Equipment must keep its primary function if the phone, Gateway, or any later cloud path is unavailable. Partner work does not replace that requirement.
Founding PRO//connect Partners
These brands are already in the Euramco family. They are listed as partners — not as a closed set. The same program is intended to extend to third-party manufacturers.
Brand support pages remain the place for manuals, parts, and service. This page is only about participating in a connected operating picture.
Participate in a connected operating picture
A connected operating picture is a shared view of the equipment that matters on a call or in a shop — not a wall of raw readings.
Partner equipment can contribute to that picture when identity and status are available in a consistent way. What is shown, and when, is still being designed. See COMMAND//hub for the intended operator view.
Why manufacturers participate
A common interface reduces one-off integrations. Equipment can appear next to other units on the same apparatus and, later, in the same command view.
That is the value. The program does not ask partners to rebuild their product as a software platform.
Common interface
The long-term path is one documented interface — not a custom connection per brand.
That interface work is in early development. See developer documentation for the public scaffold. Where a specification is not ready, pages are labeled Specification in development.
Who the program is for
- Manufacturers whose equipment is used on fire or specialty vehicles
- Integrators who install or connect that equipment on an apparatus
- Developers working on a partner integration
Operators and dealers should use the support hub and brand pages.
What an integration can include
An integration may eventually cover some or all of the following. None of these are a released specification on this site:
- Identity — which unit is present
- Telemetry — operating values the operator or technician needs
- Diagnostics — faults and service information
- Support — a path back to manuals, parts, and tickets
- Control — commands sent to equipment
Control is higher risk. Any control path must fail safe, remain optional, and never be required for the equipment’s primary function. Do not assume remote or cloud control exists.
Program status
The Partner Program is in early development. Interfaces, review steps, and onboarding are not published as finished process.
Discuss a PRO//connect integration
If you manufacture or integrate equipment and want to talk about a PRO//connect path, email the team with a short description of the equipment and whether you are looking at BLE, Gateway, or both.
Discuss a PRO//connect integration
You can also open a support ticket if you already have a serial the lookup can resolve. The ticket form is built around serial-based product support; email is the lower-friction path for a partner conversation.
