Where do I find the serial number?
Serial location varies by product. Photos are not on this page yet — use the family notes below, then search or submit a ticket.
RAMFAN
Look on the unit data plate or stamped label on the fan housing or frame. Copy the full serial as printed. Prefixes such as EX, EV, EFC, GX, GF, VX, WX, WF, UB, EFI, and XP appear on RAMFAN plates.
Kraken Power
Look on the data plate of the unit you need help with — Charging Hub, Instagrid, Micro DC A/C, or DEF cooling. Copy the full serial as printed.
NOMAD
Look on the pump data plate (housing or frame) for P1, P2, P5X, P5d, P5d-M, or P5e. Copy the full serial as printed.
PRO//connect
NFC in the app pairs a MAC address, not the unit serial. Use the serial on the connected RAMFAN, Kraken, or NOMAD equipment. Gateway serial is on the gateway label. Battery packs and chargers are Fire Accessories.
If you cannot find a serial
- Search by model or keyword.
- Submit a ticket and describe the unit (model on the plate, photos of the label if you have them).
