Sign in / register

Sign in with the PRO//connect app using your phone number and a one-time passcode. After you verify, the app can return you to this support site. This website does not ask for a sign-in code.

Dealer files unlock after your dealer account is verified. Dealer and Euramco roles (including marketing) also open the dealer portal. Manuals, search, tickets, and the dealer locator stay available.

The app uses your phone number and a one-time passcode. There is no password reset on this site.

If you cannot use the app, you can sign in through the sign-in service.

Logged out	Discover and connect to nearby equipment over Bluetooth
Logged in	Claim equipment to your account; open tickets

Claiming a unit and opening tickets need a signed-in session. Nearby Bluetooth scan does not.
