This page explains how to start a warranty request. It is not a warranty contract.
Invoices made in calendar year Y, and serials on those invoices, are subject to that year’s warranty and terms of sale. If the invoice year is unknown, use the current calendar year and state this invoice-year rule.
How to start a claim
- Search the model from the home page
- Review the product page (manuals appear there when published)
- Submit a ticket with serial, model, revision, and what failed
Look up the serial on the ticket form when you can. Our team will follow up with a ticket number.
