Where do I find the serial number?

Serial location varies by product. No photos on this page yet — use the text below, then look up the serial or submit a ticket.

RAMFAN: On the unit data plate or stamped label on the fan housing or frame. Copy the full serial as printed.
Kraken Power: On the data plate of the Charging Hub, Instagrid, Micro DC A/C, or DEF cooling unit you need help with.
NOMAD: On the pump data plate (housing or frame). Copy the full serial as printed.
PRO//connect: NFC in the app pairs a MAC address, not a serial. Use the serial on the connected RAMFAN, Kraken, or NOMAD unit. Gateway serial is on the gateway label.
