PRO//connect

PRO//connect is how Euramco equipment, the vehicle, and command stay connected — without getting in the way of the work.

Use the app for one portable unit over Bluetooth. Use Gateway when equipment is mounted on a truck. COMMAND//hub is in development for fleet and incident awareness.

Battery packs, chargers, and mounts are RAMFAN Fire Accessories. You can connect them in the app over Bluetooth.

Equipment talks to the truck. The truck talks to the cloud. The cloud informs command. The layers are Equipment → Gateway → Cloud → Command.

Cloud is PRO//connect. Command is COMMAND//hub. Equipment keeps working on its own. The cloud informs command. It does not take over equipment on the scene.

Primary function stays on the equipment. If the network drops, the fan, pump, or power unit still does its job.
