Enter a serial, item number, or product name — or describe a problem

Where do I find the serial number?

Serial location varies by product. No photos on this page yet — use the text below, then look up the serial or submit a ticket.

RAMFAN
On the unit data plate or stamped label on the fan housing or frame. Copy the full serial as printed.
Kraken Power
On the data plate of the Charging Hub, Instagrid, Micro DC A/C, or DEF cooling unit you need help with.
NOMAD
On the pump data plate (housing or frame). Copy the full serial as printed.
PRO//connect
NFC in the app pairs a MAC address, not a serial. Use the serial on the connected RAMFAN, Kraken, or NOMAD unit. Gateway serial is on the gateway label.

Euramco Support / Dealer locator

Dealer locator

Find authorized Euramco dealers. Filter by brand, then search by country, state, city, or ZIP. We show every mapped HQ and branch, nearest first.

Use Find nearest, your location, or a state to see your contacts above the dealer list — Euramco regional sales, then published dealer sales and service, then every location nearest first. Move the map to see the closest dealers in another area.

  • Use Find nearest, your location, or approximate location to sort every mapped location by distance.

Dealer files are on Dealer resources after your dealer account is verified. This locator stays public.
