This page explains which annual terms apply. It is not a sales contract and does not list payment, liability, or other legal clauses.

Invoices dated in calendar year 2026, and serials on those invoices, are bound to Euramco Group Inc. Terms and Conditions of Sale, revision 2026.1. The same Group INC revision applies to RAMFAN, Kraken Power, NOMAD, and PRO//connect. If the invoice year is unknown, use the current calendar year and state this invoice-year rule.

How to find the applicable terms

1. Look up the serial when you can so the invoice year can be matched
2. Review the brand page for that year when it is published
3. Submit a ticket if you need the terms that applied to a specific invoice
