iOS and Android use different app IDs

These are not the same string. When you report an issue, include the platform so we can tell which app you have.

Platform	App ID
iOS	com.pro.connect
Android	com.pro.blue.connect.proConnect

How do I check my PRO//connect app version?

Settings → About. Report version and build. The live store version is 1.0.7 (iOS build 116). Android is available on Google Play — report the version and build from Settings → About. Coming next: v2.0.

Bluetooth after the app is in the background

When a ticket is about sync or Bluetooth after you leave the app, include: app version and build, phone OS, equipment firmware, and gateway version if you use one.
