Bluetooth (BLE)

The app discovers nearby equipment over Bluetooth. Packs and chargers that appear in the app are still RAMFAN Fire Accessories — support docs stay on those pages.

Logged-out Bluetooth is local only. Claiming a unit to an account requires sign in.

NFC

NFC pairing exchanges a MAC address. It is not a serial-number scan. Do not use the NFC MAC as the unit serial.
